Transmission line and High Voltage Underground Cable Construction

HHC has started the initial business operations with Overhead Transmission Line Projects with a local Power Generation & Distribution Company SEC-East. HHC have proved the technical expertise in implementing various rough terrain projects. HHC have taken up several turnkey assignments of Power Transmission Lines. The scope of work includes:-

Some of the Major Turnkey Projects (As EPC) are as follow:

• 400kV Double Circuit Transmission Line - Jandar to Damascus Syria Total line length - 100 kms of 4 Bundle Double Circuit.
• Restoration of 300 KV Transmission Lines in Kuwait ( Post Gulf War ).
• Construction of 230 KV Double Circuit Transmission Lines for Safwa - Qatif - Dammam of about 100 KM of Monopole in Saudi Arabia.
• Construction of 230 KV Double Circuit Transmission Line addition to Substation No. 60 at Uthmaniya and Shedgum 230KV Switch Yard extension in Saudi Arabia.
• Construction of 230 KV Double Circuit Transmission Line of about 34 KM between South Hofuf Substation and Farar Substation in Saudi Arabia.
• Construction of 230 KV Double Circuit Transmission Line between Dhahran Central Substation to additions at Thuqba - Aziziyah in Saudi Arabia
• Construction of 115 KV Transmission Line to East west Pump Station No.1 and to Ain Dar 115 KV Substation No. 30 in Saudi Arabia
• Construction of 115 KV Transmission Line for Riyadh Water Pipeline Station-C to Substation No. 2,3 & 4 in Saudi Arabia
• Construction of 115 KV Transmission Line from Ras Tanura to Juaymah in Saudi Arabia.

• Design, Supply and Construction work of 2 circuits of 115KV U/G Cable (1X1CX 1200 sq.mm CU/XLPE per phase) and U/G NMFOC ITU-G652D from New Jubail commercial port-2 SS to Transition area of Jubail city-1 SS with complete civil works and Cable laying ,Link box installation and Cable jointing, Cable termination works and testing for plug-in inside GIS and Outdoor Cable sealing end Insulator.(Cable length 16200 m)
• Design, Supply and Construction work of 2 circuits of 115KV U/G Cable (1X1CX 1200 sq.mm CU/XLPE per phase) and U/G NMFOC ITU-G652D from Jubail Navy Base SS to SAFA Transition area, with complete civil works and Cable laying ,Link box installation and Cable jointing, Cable termination works and testing for plug-in inside GIS and Outdoor Cable sealing end Insulator. (Cable length 9600 m)
• Design, Supply and Construction work of 115kV single circuit underground cable 1-Cx1600 mm² CU/XLPE per phase with cable sealing ends, Link boxes straight through joint, termination at both ends and all accessories from Jubail Community 8AB to Substation 20BD, including portion of non-mettalic underground optical fiber cable, splicing and termination both end and Testing. (Cable length 21,900 meter).
• Design, Supply and Construction work of 115kV single circuit underground cable 1-Cx1600 mm² CU/XLPE per phase with cable sealing ends, Link boxes, straight through joint, termination at both ends and all accessories from 115/13.8kV Substation 21BD to Substation 20BD,including portion of non-mettalic underground optical fiber cable, splicing and termination both end and testing.(Cable Length 13,482 m).
