In its role as a competent and complete EPC contractor of electrical projects, HHC has deployed substantial technical and managerial resources in the fast growing field of Power Transmission & Distribution Systems. Several turnkey projects have been executed as EPC by HHC.

• Construction of 115 KV GIS Substation and Switchyard at Madinat Yanbu Al Sinayah for Royal Commission(Substation 6F and Associated Feeders).
• Construction of 230/69/13.8 KV Substation with 20 km of LPOF Cabling at Ras Tanura for Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia.
• Construction of 230/115/34.5 KV Substation at Hofuf in Saudi Arabia.
• Construction of 115/13.8 KV Substation for Al- Hassa home ownership at Hofuf in Saudi Arabia
• Construction of 115/13.8 KV Substation at Rabwah in Saudi Arabia
• Construction of 115/13.8 KV Substation at Jubail residential area in Saudi Arabia
• Construction of 34.5/13.8 KV Substation at Hofuf in Saudi Arabia
• Construction of 13.8/4.16KV Substation at Ras Tanura Terminal for Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia
• 380 KV GIS Substation and Switchyard at Ghazlan Power Plant Phase II Project in Saudi Arabia.
• Construction of 13.8/4.16KV Substations at Rabigh Refinery Upgrade Project, Rabigh Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia
• 380 KV / 115 KV GIS Substation at Madinat Yanbu Al Sinaiyah for Royal Commission ( PIC B-1233C, SSPP Switchyard and S/S 9I)

HHC currently is working on:

• Recently Energized. Design, Supply and Construction of 115/13.8 kV Substation 20 BD at Mardumah in Saudi Arabia.(564-C31 Mardumah)
• Jubai Industrial College-(41CC) - Installed Four (4) New 13.8kV SF6 Metered Ring Main Unit at JIC Switchgear room, Laying and terminate new 13.8kV 4x3x500mm² cable from 43BD Substation to JIC Switchgear room MRMU and from JIC to E5 Substation.
• Design, Supply and Construction of 115/13.8 kV Substation at Jubail in Saudi Arabia.(071-C20R- JCP)-Under Testing & Commissioning.

In progress:

• Jubail City Substation-1(SS-1) located at Madinah street- Design, Supply and Construction work of new transition area, civil work of Pile foundation ,Cable sealing End and Surge arrestor foundation ,115KV cable Trench construction ,Asphalt works, Precast boundary wall and Gantry steel structure. Electrical works includes laying 2 circuits of 3X1CX1200 sq.mm 115KV incoming cable from Jubail commercial port-2 SS with Termination of Outdoor Cable Sealing End for loop in -loop out Modification works of Existing 115KV Overhead Line of Jubail Navy Base SS to Jubail city 4 SS. Laying a 115KV cable ( 3X1CX1200 sq.mm) from New Gantry to the Existing Gantry including Termination with CSE and Link Box installation. .Communication work includes laying of 2 no. of ITU-G652D NM fiber optic cable splicing in Patch box OFMR rack Communication room in Jubail city-1 SS to Jubail commercial Port-2 SS ,Laying 1 no. ITU-G652D NM fiber optic cable splicing in Patch box OFMR rack Communication room in Jubail city-1 SS till Jubail City-1 SS Gantry area and Joint Box installation.
• SAFA Transition area located at Jubail - Design, Supply and Construction work of new transition area, civil work of Cable sealing End and Surge arrestor foundation ,115KV cable Trench construction ,Asphalt works, Boundary wall foundation ,Precast boundary wall and Gantry steel structure, installing Precast Communication Manhole. Electrical works includes laying 2 circuits of 3X1CX1200 sq.mm 115KV incoming cable in cable trench from Jubail Navy Base SS with Termination of Outdoor Cable Sealing End and Link box installation for Line-1( Berri PP SS ) and Line-2 ( Jubail commercial Port-2 SS).Communication work includes laying of 1 no. of ITU-G652D NM fiber optic cable from Jubail Navy Base SS and Joint Box installation in Gantry Area.
• Jubail Navy Base SS Located inside Navy Base Area - Design, Supply and Construction work of 115KV cable Trench construction ,Asphalt works, Concrete Duct banks, Installation of Precast communication and Link box manhole . Electrical works includes laying 2 circuits of 3X1CX1200 sq.mm 115KV incoming cable from Jubail Navy Base SS to SAFA Transition Area including Cable Termination inside GIS Cable Chamber, Cable Splicing ,Link Box works.Line-2 Protection and SCADA modification work by installing new Protection Panel for Jubail commercial port-2 SS line. Communication work includes laying of 1 no. of ITU-G652D NM fiber optic cable splicing in Patch box OFMR rack Communication room in Jubail Navy base SS till SAFA Transition gantry area and Joint Box installation.
• Jubail City-4 SS - Design, Supply and Construction work of Communication Duct Bank ,Asphalt works, installation of Precast communication . Electrical works includes Protection and SCADA modification work by installing new Protection Panel for Jubail commercial port-2 SS line. Communication work includes laying of 1 no. of ITU-G652D NM fiber optic cable splicing in Patch box OFMR rack Communication room in Jubail City-4 SS till Intersection Pole # 20 and Joint Box installation.
